Our experienced doctors are just a phone call away and can arrive at your location within an hour. In the case of weather or traffic delays, our staff will keep you informed on their estimated time of arrival. Information to Provide the Administrator Before the Appointment: Before your appointment, please provide the following information to our administrator to ensure the doctor is properly prepared: - Your name and contact information. - Insurance information (if you require documentation or choose to use direct billing services) - The address where the home visit will take place. - Any specific concerns or symptoms you'd like the doctor to address. - Any preferences or special requirements you may have for the visit. - If any household members are displaying COVID-like symptoms, please inform the administrator. This information helps us coordinate your appointment efficiently and ensures that our doctor can provide you with the best possible care during the home visit. Rest assured, your privacy and confidentiality are always respected. The medical assessment during a GP home visit typically includes: Patient History: Gathering information about your medical history, including past illnesses, surgeries, medications, allergies, and family medical history. Symptom Evaluation: Discussing the current symptoms or health concerns that prompted the home visit and understanding their duration, severity, and any factors that exacerbate or alleviate them. Vital Signs: Measurement of vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and respiratory rate to assess your overall health status. Physical Examination: Conducting a thorough physical examination to assess various body systems, including inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation. Focused Assessments: Performing specific assessments based on your symptoms or suspected medical conditions, such as neurological assessments, respiratory assessments, or musculoskeletal examinations. Diagnostic and lab tests are ordered and paid for separately. They are not included in the GP home visit price. Nurse services are available upon request.
